Economy of God @ FORGE

Marcus Curnow from Urban Seed and Jonathan Cornford from Common Life will be running a workshop called "Living in the Economy of God" at the Forge Dangerous Stories Conference to be held next weekend at Mitcham Baptist March on Saturday and Sunday mornings .

Tim Jefferies jotted some rough notes from the last time Marcus did this at a Forge gig.

Marcus and John have since worked together on a G20 Bible Study as well as The Common Rule's Gospel in Economic Life group.  Jon Cornford's experience in the overseas aid and development sector and his angle on biblical economic frameworks will further deepen the content of the seminar.

Also from within the mob, Inspiral/ Urban Seed's Rev. Simon Moyle is teaming up with Jarrod McKenna from Peace Tree in Perth to run a Nonviolence seminar on the Saturday.

Also Cookie has recently posted an Economy of God post on his Age blog which has attracted heaps of diverse perspectives.
